Rates Policy

Rates are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) and quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Child Policy

Children under 12 years old are permitted to share the room without additional charges using existing bedding.

Rollaway Beds

Maximum room occupancy is two persons with the exception of our Family Queen Rooms and Two Bedroom Suites. One additional rollaway bed in a Panoramic Suite, Yarra Suite or Two Bedroom Suite is available at AUD65 per night.

Baby Cot/Crib Hire

Complimentary for a maximum of one child under two years upon request and subject to availability.

Breakfast Pricing

Full buffet breakfast at Dock37 Bar & Kitchen is available at AUD39 per person, per night. Children aged between 6 to 12 years old can dine at AUD19 per person, per night. Children under 6 years old dine on a complimentary basis. 

Airport Shuttle

Please contact our Concierge Team to arrange for shuttle or limousine service at special rates.

Parking Fee

Hotel parking is available 24 hours a day and subject to availability. Self-parking is available at AUD24 per 24 hours or per exit. A charge of AUD24 is applied each time the car park is exited.

Valet Parking

Valet parking is available 24 hours a day at AUD59 per night and includes unlimited entry and exit.

Payment Types

The Hotel accepts all electronic card payments. Please note that a merchant service fee of 1.25% for American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, and 3% for Diners and JCB will be applied to all credit card payments.

Smoking Rooms

The Hotel has a no-smoking policy within its public areas, rooms and suites. Cleaning fees apply for guests found smoking in their room or suite. Please speak with our team for designated smoking areas.

Advance Purchase

Please note that reservations for advance purchases are strictly non-refundable. In the event of a refund approved by the hotel management due to unforeseen circumstances, the Hotel will not be held responsible for any foreign currency exchange loss or transaction fee by the issuing bank.
