Rates are subject to applicable taxes, a 15.6% service charge and Seattle Tourism fee. 

Room Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in to the hotel. Occupancy rules apply for different guestroom types. 

Rollaway Beds

Rollaway beds can be placed in select room categories. Baby cribs complimentary upon request (both subject to availability). For further guidance, please contact the hotel directly.

Non-Smoking Policy

The hotel has a strict no-smoking policy within its public areas, rooms and suites. A smoking fee of $250 per stay will be applied when necessary.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation must be received by 4:00 p.m. two days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty fee of one night room and tax.
