An ode to food resilience, environmental sustainability and creative use of space, the Urban Farm at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay is a vast rooftop farms in Singapore, drawing inspiration from nature in Singapore's first 'Garden-in-a-hotel' concept. The farm is home to more than 60 varieties of edible herbs, flowers, fruits and vegetables.
In addition to greening the Hotel's rooftop terrace, the Urban Farm provides a cultivated stream of fresh produce that encompasses the trifecta concept of farm-to-table, farm-to-bar and farm-to-spa. From farm fresh dishes at the all-day dining Peppermint, the delicate artistry of progressive Cantonese cuisine curated by the award-winning Executive Chinese Chef Edward Chong at Peach Blossoms, specialty cocktails concocted by our resident Mixologists at Portman's Bar and Skyline Bar, to infusions at St. Gregory spa, the farm's indelible and robust contribution helps craft a well-rounded lifestyle experience for guests.
