Specially curated by Executive Chinese Chef Edward Chong, Peach Blossoms’ Mother’s Day seven-course set menu includes Chilled Kanpachi Crab Meat Salad, followed by a nourishing Double-boiled ‘Jeju’ Abalone and Fish Maw Soup with Yunnan Russula and Conpoy, Char-grilled Sous Vide Lobster with Assam Espuma Organic Pineapple Sauce and Toast, Applewood Smoked Jamón Ibérico Pork Char Siew, Wok-fried ‘Yuan Yang’ Noodle with Fresh Crab Claw, and Chilled Bird’s Nest served with Philibon French Charentais Melon, and the chewy Longevity Mochi.
