Terms & Conditions
- Valid for bookings from 21 January 2025 until 7 March 2025.
- Rate is valid for stay from 08 to 19 March 2025.
- All reservation must be done before 7 March 2025.
- All reservations carried out after 7 March 2025 are subject to availability.
- Preferences cannot be exchanged for cash.
- All rooms include breakfast for one or two persons.
- Bed type is subject to availability upon arrival.
- Superior Room is only available with twin beds.
- Rooms and room categories are subject to availability upon confirmation. Early bookings will be prioritised.
- A valid IC or passport is required for check-in, and standard procedures, including a deposit collection, will apply.
- Check-in time: After 3:00 PM | Check-out time: By 12:00 noon.
- The above room rates are valid for three days before and three days after the event’s official dates.
- Rates include a 10% service charge and prevailing taxes and are non-commissionable. Should there be any tax adjustments due to changes in Malaysia’s tax laws, the hotel will notify guests accordingly.
- A National Tourism Tax of MYR 10.00 per room per night applies to all foreign passport holders, in addition to the Local Government Fee of MYR 3.00 per room per night. These charges will be reflected in the daily bill.
