Terms and Conditions
- The Promotion allows members to earn double tier-night credits, counting toward the qualification threshold to elevate or renew their Pan Pacific DISCOVERY tier status. Each eligible tier night will be matched with an extra eligible “Promotional Tier Night.” However, Promotional Tier Nights will not roll over to the next year.
- Members must register for the Promotion within the promotional opt-in period (1 October 2025 - 30 November 2025) prior to their stay.
- Eligible bookings must be made during the promotional period through panpacific.com, Pan Pacific DISCOVERY App, ghadiscovery.com or GHA DISCOVERY app.
- Eligible stay must be completed within the stay period (1 October 2025 - 30 November 2025). The member must be checked out on or before 30 November 2025 for the Promotional Tier Nights to be awarded.
- Ineligible Rates (The following rates do not qualify for earning Promotional Tier Nights):
- Rooms booked through any channel other than GHA’s website or app or the brand’s website or app
- Room rates for airline staff and crew where rooms are pre-booked and paid for by the airline directly
- Travel-industry staff rates
- Other discounted rates
- Complimentary, free, traded, or bartered night stays, or stays in connection with gift certificates or other awards or vouchers
- Bookings and eligible stays made prior to registration will not be considered as a qualified eligible stay towards the Promotion, even if they are in the Promotional Stay period.
- Bookings made prior to 1 October 2025 will also not be considered towards the Promotion.
- This offer is subject to change or withdrawal without notice, cannot be transferred or exchanged for other forms of compensation, cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly stated, and is subject to availability.
- Promotional Tier Night credits can be earned on a maximum of two rooms per night.
- GHA DISCOVERY membership, earnings, and redemption are subject to the programme Terms & Conditions.
