- Should a guest wish to cancel their booking, Pan Pacific Melbourne must be notified 30 days prior to the arrival date or a one night's cancellation charge will apply.
- Should a guest fail to arrive or if a room is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, the guest will be charged 100% of their full stay.
- Early departures are treated as cancelled room nights and penalties will apply for each night cancelled.
- A merchant service fee of 1.1% for Visa, MasterCard and 3% for Diners, Amex and JCB will be applied to all credit card payments.
