The Lifestyle Manager / Assistant Lifestyle Manager is accountable for the overall performance and management of the St. Gregory Spa, Gym, and Pool operations. This role oversees guest experience, financial performance, and resource optimisation to ensure the delivery of exceptional wellness services, achievement of revenue and profitability targets, and efficient day-to-day operations.

Expectations:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the SPA, Gym, and Pool to ensure consistent service excellence and operational efficiency
  • Ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality
  • Drive a guest-centric culture by delivering personalised, professional, and anticipatory service across all lifestyle facilities
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly, ensuring effective service recovery and continuous improvement
  • Conduct consultations, facility tours, and provide expert recommendations on treatments, wellness programmes, and fitness offerings
  • Accountable for achieving revenue targets and driving profitability of the SPA
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring effective cost control and expense optimisation
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly financial performance, including treatment and sales
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, promotions, and innovative wellness programmes
  • Maximise revenue opportunities through effective sales strategies for treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products

Talent Profile

We are looking for self-motivated individual who has a strong desire to contribute in a luxury brand, with strong sustainability focus. You must possess strong customer service with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You must have a good understanding of the wellness, spa, and fitness industry trends. If you have at least 5 years of relevant experience in SPA or Wellness management in a similar capacity within the luxury Hospitality industry, write in to have a chat with us!
