We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Manager to join our esteemed 5-star luxury hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue, optimizing pricing strategies, and ensuring the hotel achieves its financial objectives.

• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize room revenue and overall hotel profitability.
• Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and historical data to forecast occupancy and revenue projections.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy rates, providing insightful reports for decision-making.
• Oversee online travel agencies (OTAs), GDS, direct booking platforms, and other distribution channels to ensure optimal pricing and visibility.
• Adjust pricing dynamically based on competition, seasonality, and demand fluctuations.
• Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align strategies and maximize hotel revenue.
• Monitor competitors’ pricing strategies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Utilize revenue management systems (RMS) and property management systems (PMS) to Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in revenue management within a 5-star luxury hotel.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management tools and Excel.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel distribution channels, OTA strategies, and demand forecasting.
