We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and smooth coordination across departments. This role requires a dynamic leader with exceptional problem-solving skills, strong operational expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.

• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
• Oversee hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional service standards are upheld.
• Supervise front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day running.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a 5-Star luxury hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, sound decisions.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain professional under pressure.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g.Opera PMS & ORS) is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
