The Role

We are looking for a Chief Concierge. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring smooth operations of the Concierge and Bell sections of the Hotel. If you are an organized and service-oriented individual, we want you to be part of our growing team.

 

Job Description:

  • Oversee and ensure smooth operations of the Concierge and Bell Sections.
  • Set and maintain procedures for handling and storing guest luggage.
  • Ensure that all information provided to guests is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Ensure that all Concierge and Bell associates adhere to the grooming standards.
  • Ensure ongoing education and development of all associates in the Concierge and Bell Section.
  • Ensure that all guests receive the highest level of professional welcome and farewell.
  • Ensure all guests are assisted with door opening, luggage transportation and any other assistance to the guest as required.
  • Maintain a system of message delivery that ensures all messages are delivered according to the standards and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guests' and proprietary information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Talent Profile

  • Preferably a member of the “Society of Golden Keys” or “Les Clef d’Or”
  • Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Attention to details and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
