The Role

  • To create optimum customer satisfaction by providing the highest standard of food quality and presentation according to hotel procedures.
  • Support the Pastry Chef in the daily culinary operations.
  • Inspect and ensure that the work area is clean and meet the hygiene standards at all times.
  • Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements.
  • Assist with a la carte pastry and buffet dessert table set up and presentation.

Talent Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bakery & pastry field, preferably with hotel experience.
  • Certificate in Patisserie.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
