The Role
As a Catering Sales Manager/ Assistant, you will be the driving force behind our catering sales initiatives. Your role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing event coordination, and ensuring the seamless execution of catering services. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their catering needs.
- Provide personalized consultations to clients, offering tailored catering solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve catering revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our catering clientele.
- Collaborate with clients to plan and coordinate catering services for various events.
- Ensure all logistical details are addressed, including menu selection, staffing, and venue setup.
- Prepare and present detailed catering proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and budget constraints.
- Monitor and manage catering budgets to maximize profitability.
- Work closely with culinary and operational teams to deliver high-quality catering services.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

- Proven experience in catering sales, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
