Reporting to the Pacific Club Lounge Manager, you will ensure our guests are at ease, attended to and have everything they require while maintaining a friendly demeanour. You will focus on building long-lasting relationships with regular and long stay guests.

The Role:

• You will be responsible for providing our guests with high quality service throughout their stay
• Involves performing various Food & Beverage related tasks
• Casual position, able to work a rotating roster including weekends
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is essential for this role
  
  

Ideally You Will Have:

• Previous experience in Hospitality
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional levels of service to our guests
