• An understanding of current dining trends and tastes
• An understanding of Food Safety and HACCP requirements 
• The ability to work collaboratively and effectively within the kitchen team 
• Passion to enhance customer experience

Our Commis Chef will hold the following requirements: 

• 6 months experience in a commercial kitchen 
• Basic understanding of HACCP or FSMS 
• Have worked in a fast pace environment with speed and quality 
• Serious about a career as a Chef 
• Capacity to commence your shift as early as 4:30am 
• The ability to work under pressure
