Terms and conditions

• Valid for bookings from 24 July 2019 to 29 August 2019.
• Preferences cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Package is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
• Should a guest wish to cancel their booking, Pan Pacific Melbourne must be notified 30 days prior to the arrival date or 1 night’s cancellation charge will apply.
• Should a guest fail to arrive at the Hotel or if a room is cancelled within 14 days of the arrival dates (4pm) the guest will be charged 100% of their full stay.
• Early departures are treated as cancelled room nights. Cancellation penalties will apply for each night cancelled.
