• Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival date will incur a one night's cancellation charge.
• Should a guest fail to arrive at the hotel or if the room is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date, the guest will be charged 100% of their full stay.
• Early departures are treated as cancelled room nights and cancellation penalties will apply for each night cancelled.
