Terms and conditions

• The Fashion High Tea will be available from 11 October 2025 to 30 November 2025.
• All prices are in Australian dollars and subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
  
• A minimum order for two persons is applicable for Afternoon Tea.
• Prior reservation is required and subject to availability upon confirmation.
• All menu items are subject to change according to seasonality and availability.
• All dietary requirements must be advised at time of booking.
• Bookings up to 10 people can be made via OpenTable. For all bookings over 10 people, please call or email the team directly on +61 3 9027 2122 or dining.ppmel.panpacific@panpacific.panpacific.com.panpacific. 
• The outdoor terrace can be reserved however is subject to availability. 
• Floral arrangements can be organised at an additional cost. 
• No further discounts, refund, or exchange is available on this offer. 
• Bookings are essential and a credit card guarantee of 50% is required for all bookings. 
• A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking will be charged if the reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice to your reservation date or if you do not attend your booking. 
• A merchant service fee of 1.25% for American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay and 3% for JCB will be applied to all credit card payments. 
• Pan Pacific Melbourne reserves the right to terminate or amend promotional details without prior notice.
