Enjoy a wide, rotating variety of Asian and International favourites, from indulgent seafood spreads to succulent flavourful meats, freshly prepared by our creative chefs at the open display kitchen. Peppermint's buffet stations and kitchen are halal-certified, offering an inclusive dining experience for group gatherings, celebrations and all of life's occasions.
Peppermint restaurant is open daily, from 6:30am until 10:00pm.
Prayer rooms are on Level 6 of the hotel. Please approach our team for the keys.

About the Chef
Chan Tuck Wai, Executive Chef, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore
Backed by over 20 years of culinary and kitchen management experience, Chef Chan Tuck Wai is a champion of creativity, constantly pushing boundaries with new and intriguing dishes.
He is also a respected member of the Singapore National Culinary Team, having bagged more than 20 international awards, including the Gold Medal at the World Association of Chefs Societies World Congress.
Certified by the World Association of Chefs Societies, Chef Chan has also been invited as a Chef Judge for various international culinary competitions. Most notably, he has cooked for Heads of State and foreign dignitaries at the Istana during Singapore’s National Day celebrations hosted by the President of Singapore.
Leon Yee, Chef de Cuisine, Peppermint
Helming the Peppermint kitchen, Chef Leon oversees everything from menu creation and cost management to quality assurance, while personally nurturing the growth and development of his culinary team members.
Deeply influenced by his mother and Peranakan grandmother from an early age, he inherited treasured traditions and time-honoured knowledge through countless hours alongside them in the kitchen. With his professional culinary training, Chef Leon reinvented his repertoire, constantly experimenting with different ingredients and techniques to craft interesting new recipes.
His dedication has earned him international acclaim, including a Gold Medal at the Food & Hotel Asia (FHA) Singapore 2012, the Gold Medal and Overall Champion (Defending Champion) at Luxembourg Expogast World Cup 2014, and a Gold with Distinction Medal at FHA Singapore 2016 - awarded only to participants with perfect scores.
