On 29 August 2025, for one day only, Peach Blossoms presents the Singapore debut of Chef Kang Min Chul, in an exclusive collaboration with Chef Edward Chong.

Chef Kang Min Chul, chef-owner of the eponymous KANG MINCHUL in Seoul, has held One MICHELIN Star since 2023. Trained under French culinary legends Joël Robuchon, Alain Ducasse, and Pierre Gagnaire, he honed his craft in acclaimed kitchens across France, the U.S., and Hong Kong before opening his restaurant in Korea. His refined Korean-French cuisine, described as a “culinary travelogue” of flavour and memory, is celebrated for its elegance, precision, and seasonal creativity.

For his first appearance in Singapore, Chef Kang will join forces with Chef Edward Chong, Executive Chinese Chef of Peach Blossoms, famed for his modern interpretations of Chinese cuisine infused with Southeast Asian influences. Together, they will present a specially curated multi-course menu that unites French finesse, Korean heritage and Chinese innovation.
