The Peranakan Heritage Buffet
Back by popular demand, Peppermint’s The Peranakan Heritage Buffet returns from 18 July (Dinner) until 10 August 2025 with a vibrant second edition — this time in honour of Singapore’s 60th birthday. In a tribute to the nation’s rich cultural tapestry, the buffet features time-honoured Nonya recipes, bold spices, and beloved heritage dishes that have stood the test of time.
As part of the SG60 festivities, dinner guests on Fridays and Saturdays can indulge in a Live Durian Station nestled within the hotel’s Urban Farm, serving free-flow premium varieties such as Mao Shan Wang, Red Prawn, D24, D101, and other seasonal favourites — a treat for durian lovers in a lush garden setting.
Seafood takes centre stage at the Gigantic Wild Catch Live Station, where the freshest catch of the day — from Giant Stingray and Mackerel to King Garoupa — is grilled or steamed à la minute, bringing out the natural richness of each ingredient.
Other not-to-be-missed highlights include Assam King Prawn, Ayam Buah Keluak, Black Angus Beef Belly Pongteh, Rock Lobster with Charred Chilli Chuka, Smoked Satay Wagyu Beef Belly Lemak, and 90 Days Grain-fed Black Angus Beef Prime Rib with Rendang Sauce — a celebration of robust, heritage-inspired flavours. As a farm-to-table restaurant with a halal-certified kitchen and buffet stations, Peppermint incorporates freshly harvested produce from its Urban Farm into its menus, offering inclusive, ingredient-led dining for family reunions, festive gatherings, and corporate celebrations alike.
