Happening every Sunday starting from 3 March 2024, elevate the weekends with a marathon of flavours as you enjoy our sumptuous non-stop* buffet spread at Lime Restaurant. With each dining slot limited to 3 hours, you have ample time to savour an array of delectable dishes meticulously prepared by our talented chefs. 

Set against the backdrop of our hotel’s luxurious ambiance, look forward to a lavish spread of delectable dishes, from gourmet breakfast delights such as Eggs Benedict and Steamed Pork Ribs with Black Bean and Yam, to mouthwatering lunch specials including the Sous Vide Herb Crusted Roast Angus Beef, the fan-favourite Pickering Lobster Laksa and the Classic Mac 'n' Cheese Crumble.

Fans of Asian flavours should not miss out on the Salted Fish Claypot Chicken Rice and the Mongolian Fried Barramundi as well as Chef Alvin Leong’s much-lauded Peranakan creations like Babi Pongteh and Signature Beef Rendang — short ribs simmered over 24 hours with more than 30 carefully selected ingredients, it's a taste sensation like no other.

What's more, dining at the buffet during Cheers O'Clock from 3:00pm to 5:30pm will provide you with an even more indulgent dining experience as you enjoy free-flowing alcoholic beverages alongside the buffet spread. If you're dining outside of the Happy Hour timeslot, not to worry, for you can still enjoy an elevated dining experience by opting for unlimited alcoholic beverage add-on.
