Terms and Conditions
- This promotion is applicable for Pan Pacific DISCOVERY members only.
- This promotion is applicable for all hotels and serviced suites listed on panpacific.com
- Silver Members who register for the campaign between 1 May and 30 June 2025 will receive a Gold status upgrade, with no stays or additional requirements necessary.
- Current Gold Members who register with us will have their Gold status extended until 31 December 2026.
- Status upgrades will be reflected in your membership account within the next 10 days upon registration.
- Eligible reservations for the bonus D$ must have a stay between 1 May 2025 and 30 August 2025
- Ongoing stays with a check out date after 30 August 2025 will not receive promotional D$.
- Promotional D$ are awarded in addition to the Base D$ that is issued as a result of completing the eligible stay.
- Promotional D$ are subject to a limited expiry term of six (6) months from the date of issuance and are therefore excluded from the Base D$ expiration rules. Any Base D$ earned on a member’s stay will be subject to expiration based on standard tier-based expiration rules.
- Should a stay by a Pan Pacific DISCOVERY member align with two concurrent promotions, the system will opt for the promotion that provides the highest benefit.
- Bookings made prior to 1 May 2025, will also not be considered towards the promotion.
- This offer is subject to change or withdrawal without notice, cannot be transferred or exchanged for other forms of compensation, cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly stated and is subject to availability.
- D$ is not redeemable for cash.
