The Role
To ensure knowledge as basic principles for customer’s service.
To serve food and liquor to guests in accordance with the departmental standards.
Have sound product knowledge of all food and Beverage menu items to advise and make recommendations to guests.
To greet guests in a polite and courteous manner.
Check that the quality and presentation of Food & Beverage meets the set standards before it is presented to guests.
Check customer’s satisfaction at all time during their meal.
Ensure that the correct service procedures are adhered as per the Hotel’s standard.
Talent Profile
1-2 years related working experience
Able to communicate in English
Able to work on shift, weekend, and public holiday
