SPM or Diploma or equivalent qualification.

1-2 years of security management.

CPR & First Aid certification holder.

Building emergency procedures knowledge.

Strong communication skills.

• A security guard should make a periodic check of the parking area to ensure that motorists have locked their vehicles with the windows closed.
• Undesirable elements or suspicious persons found loitering in the car parks should be stopped and checked. If they are found to have no reasonable excuse for being in the vicinity, they shall be advised to leave the premises.
  
• To report fused bulb / lighting are replaced.
  
• To inform motorists not to leave valuable items exposed in their vehicles.
  
• No theft of property inside vehicle.
  
• Effective Security – to provide a safe environment to all users of the car park.
  
• Sufficient lighting at night to prevent persons from hiding or operating undercover in darkness.
  
• Avoid theft at car park.
  
• Ensure free flow of vehicular traffic.
  
• To provide adequate measures in the protections of vehicles parked in the hotel’s parking facilities, by guest and hotel staffs.
  
• To ensure that the car parking facility are only utilized by home guest, patron and staff.
  
• Conducting progressive patrolling at the hotel’s designated car park during day and night.
  
• Monitoring and controlling the parking of all cars in a systematically manner.
  
• Being in constant communication with the lobby guest.
