As our Barista, you will be located in our busy Dock 37 restaurant, serving handcrafted beverages with precision and grace. You will elevate the guest experience through thoughtful service, attention to detail, and a passion for premium coffee culture. Whether it's a perfectly extracted espresso or a custom-crafted oat milk cappuccino, your creations will reflect both skill and style.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages to our exacting standards

·         Offer personalised service to discerning guests with elegance and warmth

·         Maintain an immaculate and inviting coffee bar environment

·         Recommend selections and pairings with confidence and knowledge

·         Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

·         Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations with genuine care and attention

What We’re Looking For:

·         Previous barista experience in a luxury hotel, boutique café, or high-end hospitality environment

·         A passion for specialty coffee and an understanding of current trends and techniques

·         Impeccable grooming and a poised, professional demeanour

·         Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a global clientele

·         A calm, focused presence under pressure and a commitment to excellence

·         A Victorian RSA is required for this role
