As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting a wide variety of drinks, from timeless classics to cutting-edge cocktails. You will work closely with our bar team to ensure every guest experience is nothing short of extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve creative, high-quality cocktails, showcasing your expertise in mixology.
• Provide exceptional guest service, making recommendations and engaging with guests to create memorable experiences.
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked with premium ingredients and equipment, and maintain inventory control.
• Work alongside a talented team to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
• Stay on top of industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the cocktail menu.
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1-2 years as a mixologist or bartender in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
• A deep passion for mixology and a desire to create unforgettable drinks for guests.
• A friendly and professional attitude with the ability to engage and delight guests.
• Ability to craft signature cocktails and adapt to new trends while maintaining the hotel’s signature style.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
