PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Night Manager to join our friendly, fast paced Front Office team. This is a role which provides hands on support within our Front Office team. The Assistant Night Manager overseas front office operations, assist with the check-in, check-out process and ensures our guest satisfaction . 

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the safety and security of the hotel overnight

• Help manage the night team

• Creating an efficient and friendly guest experience

• Be a point of contact for all guest needs

• Promote hotel facilities and associated loyalty programs

• Accurately maintaining detailed guest reservations

Ideally you will have:

• Experience with Opera pms

• Previous experience in Night Audit

• A passion for the hospitality industry & have an eye for detail

• A customer service focus and enjoy working in a team environment

• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
