As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless management and operational success of all F&B outlets. This leadership position requires you to deliver impeccable service, optimise operational efficiency, and drive profitability, all while maintaining the highest luxury standards for our guests.
 

About the role:

• Manage the restaurant, café, club lounge, in-room dining, banquets, and high tea services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

• Ensure the delivery of outstanding guest experiences, handling guest feedback, and implementing continuous improvements based on guest needs and preferences.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated team across multiple outlets, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and guest satisfaction.

• Maximise profitability by controlling costs, optimising menu offerings, and ensuring operational efficiency in all F&B departments.

• Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, health, and safety regulations while implementing strategies to elevate service quality

Ideally you will have:

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant, with strong experience in managing multiple outlets.

• Proven ability to lead a diverse team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• A commitment to upholding the highest service standards in a 5-star luxury environment.

• Expertise in high-end banquet operations, event coordination, and VIP guest management.

• Ability to analyse financial reports, manage budgets, and optimise revenue streams.
