We have everything in place to elevate your wellness experience with a dedicated Wellbeing Floor that takes a holistic approach to health. Our state–of-the-art fitness centre is rated as one of the best hotel gyms in London, while our temperature-controlled 18.5m infinity pool boasts an enviable city view.
Our team of health professionals will help you achieve your goals with bespoke treatments and exercise, or you can simply enjoy the plush facilities including a spa, sauna and steam rooms.
Our Treatments
Our treatments infuse Western science and clinical research with South East Asian traditions of clean beauty focusing on result-driven relaxation techniques, and tailor-made seasonal rituals. Bookings/Treatments are available for external guests from Monday to Friday, The Wellbeing Floor and facilities are fully accessible.
Treatments are available from: 10am - 8pm (last booking at 7pm)
Bonpoint Spa Treatments
Designed for children aged 6-16 years, soak up the magic of our spa menu giving your little ones the chance to dip their toes into the world of wellness. A luxury wellbeing experience for the whole family. A first in the UK and the second hotel in the world to launch the Bonpoint Beauty experience.
Our Recommendation - The Dreamy Treatment
Soft enveloping and playful gestures adapt to the child's needs, as you lay side-by-side. Making this treatment a unique bonding moment between a parent and child, ensuring the ski is left hydrated, nourished, pampered, the body relaxed and the mind soothed.

Our luxurious 18.5m infinity pool boasts an enviable city view. With generously dedicated children's swimming hours, there's time for everyone to splash and relax.

Monday - Friday: 9am - 11am & 3pm - 5pm
Saturday - Sunday: 7am - 9am & 4pm - 6pm
The Gym
Open 24 hours, our cutting-edge gym features high-performance cardio and strength equipment, creating an interactive environment that benefits both physical and mental well-being.
Unique to our hotel, the TecnoBody® D-Wall training system utilises body recognition and gesture interface to enhance training with virtual capabilities. Unlike conventional workout programs, each session emphasises real-time biofeedback and promotes long-term joint health through mindful training.
Personal Training services, which include D-Wall biometric feedback and customised training plans, incur additional charges. We highly recommend booking in advance for these services.
