• Should a guest wish to cancel their confirmed booking, the hotel must be notified 14 days prior to the arrival date or a cancellation charge of one night stay will apply.
• Should a guest fail to arrive at the hotel or if the room is cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date up to 4:00pm, the guest will be charged 100% of their full stay.
• Any reduction in room nights will be classed as cancelled room nights and will incur a 100% charge of each night cancelled.
