Looking to taste a new cocktail? Make your way to Hill Street Bar and ask for the Sin Gin Cocktail Menu. Indulge in the Sloe Mulled Gin, Sinful Kiss or the Espresso Martini all for AUD18 each.

Sin Gin Tastings

Sin Gin will be in Hill Street Bar on Friday 14th June to offer free gin tastings. Sin Gin is proud to work closely with Western Australian products to handcraft unique, tasty and fun gins and you have the opportunity to try them for free! Come on in, take a sip and experience the uniqueness of Sin Gin's range.

Sin Gin Masterclass

Más Vino Wine Bar presents a not-to-be-missed Gin Masterclass in partnership with Sin Gin Distillery on Thursday 27 June.

Join us for this one-night only event, where you’ll learn and indulge in some of Sin Gin’s favourite Gins. Expect a fun, engaging and interactive evening, with a cocktail on arrival and gin tastings sure to keep your thirst at bay while indulging in some of Más Vino's canapes and grazing boards.

Included in the masterclass:

• Be welcomed with a Gincello Spiced Pineapple Spritz and a grazing board
• Enjoy three of Sin Gin’s favourite gins all paired with a chef’s selection of canapes
• Finish with a Coffee Gincello Cocktail and petit fours

Sin Gin Distillery is an award winning Australian distillery that began as a conversation between Kate & Mark at The Murray Hotel in West Perth, Western Australia in 2016 with the first product release in August 2017. In early 2018 Sin Gin entered the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards in Melbourne and won 1 Gold, 3 Silver & 2 Bronze medals; an outstanding performance for this nano distillery in it’s first year and encouraged us to grow knowing our product was excellent.

In 2019 Sin Gin moved into our current purpose built distillery in the Swan Settlers Market in the Swan Valley, Western Australia 30 minutes/30km from the Perth CBD. This venue serves as a production facility, tourist destination, tasting room and cellar door.

Mark Harris, former air-traffic controller now distiller, is creating stunning spirits full of local and international botanicals. Mark has found his passion in distilling. He's created seven different gins for the Seven Deadly Sins Range, Australian Aquavit, Original Sin and Perth Pink the flagship of the range. 

Kate Sinfield, a long time gin lover, came as backpacker to Australian in 1986 and has spent her career working in hospitality and with tourism. Kate is a CPA and runs the business and sales side of Sin Gin with the fabulous Sin Gin team that has grown from 2 to 21.
