The Role

1. Handle telephone calls and all guests’ enquiries – Answer all incoming call in a professional manner

2. Response all enquiries and conducts initial qualifying process within 24 hours

3. To provide administrative support for the department, facilitate the sales process e.g report, Proposals, Contracts, corporate letter, banquet event orders by events catering team, etc)

4. Assist to coordinate all the site inspections, entertainments, clients events, and all sales activities related.

5. Perform all assigned duties and work a in fast-pace environment, maintain accuracy and timely manner.

6. Have a full understanding to Promote Pan Pacific Connection and Pan Pacific DISCOVERY

7. Actively assist to sign up customer to our booker program “Pan Pacific Connection”.

8. Ensure up-to-date product knowledge to handle guest questions and requests about property facilities and services via phone or email.

9. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Managers.

10. Follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures

11. Respect and maintain positive working relationship with others

12. Maintains strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.

13.To handle and coordinate small group / series.

Talent Profile

  • 1-2 years administrative coordinator background
  • SPM/Diploma/Degree on the business management
  • Mandarin speaking as advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible and good team work
  • Energetic and productive
