The Role

  • Develop Transient and Group business revenue for the hotel and maintain relationship with existing and new customers to establish future bookings through sales calls, entertainment,
  • Provide forecasting reports to facilitate in establish and implement sales strategy.
  • Responsible to fulfil the daily target Sales calls and ENT
  • Manage hotel top accounts and actively growth the account both FIT and MICE business.
  • Monitors and reports on market and competition within own market segment.
  • Active distribution of product information and creates awareness in the markets and business segments or responsibility.
  • Handle key accounts and pro-actively source for growth both FIT and MICE business.
  • Reports – To submit weekly sales plan and submit report for incoming week latest by every Monday morning. All relevant sales report and account forecast as when required. Monitor, analyze and report on competitors' sales and promotion activities.
  • Business entertainment – able to identify potential accounts, have business entertainment and to be justified with productivity.
  • Site Inspection – Conduct site inspection professionally for external and internal stakeholders
  • Account management – to manage the account well and have in-depth knowledge of the accounts and competitor information.
  • During sales calls, carries out “cross selling” in accordance with corporate and divisional guidelines.
  • Sales Blitz – Able to identify potential market / Areas to conduct sales blitz
  • Sales trip, FAM Trip and Trade show for hotel business development purposes.
  • System proficiency – to have full knowledge of OPERA Cloud (OSEM), Lanyon, Cvent, other sales related systems.
  • Product knowledge and Selling skills – able to gather company profile, identify clients’ needs and wants and convert into buying accounts.
  • Promote Pan Pacific Connection and Pan Pacific DISCOVERY in all relates sales activities
  • Actively enrol customer to our booker program “Pan Pacific Connection” through daily sales activities.
  • Communication skills – maintain good communication skills with internal and external customers
  • Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.

Talent Profile

Strong communication skills.

2-3 years equivalent working experiences.

Good leadership skills.

Able to expend and driving result.

Flexible and can be multitask.
