The Director of Sales will drive business performance by positioning the property in key market segments including corporate travel, relocations, long-stay, consular services, and luxury leisure. This role is instrumental in building brand presence pre- and post-opening and in creating partnerships that reflect the premium nature of the Pan Pacific experience.

• Design and execute a strategic sales plan focused on extended-stay, corporate, relocation, and luxury travel markets.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team with a strong focus on relationship-driven selling.
• Develop strong partnerships with embassies, multinational corporations, travel management companies, and relocation firms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and revenue teams to align messaging, pricing, and positioning.
• Leverage the unique strengths of the luxury serviced suites model to differentiate in a competitive hospitality landscape.
• Analyze sales metrics and trends to identify new opportunities and maximize revenue.
• Represent the property at industry events and international travel fairs.
