The Role
- 1.Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and manage the concierge and bellmen team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement concierge and bellmen procedures, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and professional development within the team.
- 2.Guest Experience Management:
- Provide personalized guest services, including handling special requests, reservations, and recommendations.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that all guest interactions meet or exceed the hotel’s service standards and contribute to a memorable experience.
- 3.Quality Control and Improvement:
- Establish and maintain quality standards for concierge and bellmen services, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand expectations.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of service delivery to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions based on guest feedback and performance evaluations.
- 4.Coordination and Execution:
- Manage and coordinate a range of guest services, including transportation, dining reservations, entertainment, and special requests.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors, attractions, and service providers to enhance guest experiences.
- Oversee the execution of special events and VIP services, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- 5.Guest Engagement and Relations:
- Meet and greet VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Send pre-arrival and post-departure communications to guests, addressing any feedback promptly.
- Stay visible and interact with guests regularly to gather feedback and address concerns.
- 6.Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and present regular reports on concierge performance, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency to senior management.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to guest service and satisfaction.
- 7.Training and Development:
- Conduct orientation and training for new concierge and bellman team members, focusing on service standards and best practices.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to enhance skills and knowledge within the concierge department.
- 8.Additional Duties:
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by senior management, including supporting other departments as needed.
Talent Profile
2-3 years extensive experience in hospitality or related filed.
Exceptional customer service skills,problem-solving abilities,and strong organizationskills.
Diploma or Degree in hospitality management or business administration.
Execellent leadership and team management skills.
Proffesional certifications such as conciergerie or similar can be beneficial.
