Terms and conditions

• Valid for bookings and stays from now until 30 September 2021.
• All reservations must be made one week in advance via website and subject to availability. 
• Blackout period apply. 
• Offer is not valid on Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays, including special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, unless otherwise stated.
• Bookings and payment are strictly to be made with a valid HSBC card.
• Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid HSBC card. The same card must be presented upon check-in and at check-out for payment at the hotel.
• Upon check-in at the hotel, miscellaneous deposit of MYR200 per room/night must be guaranteed by credit card or cash.
• Prices listed may be subject to prevailing taxes and service charge. 
• Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programmes, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges, unless otherwise stated. 
• Food and beverage discount excluding in-room dining and minibar.
• Offer is valid for dine-in only and maximum group size of 15 people.
  
• Spa offer is only applicable at PARKROYAL Penang Resort's St. Gregory Spa outlet. 
• The Resort reserves the right to terminate or amend the terms and conditions and promotional details without prior notice.
