A. General
“HERO” (Healthcare Employees Recognition & Ovation) is an initiative by Pan Pacific Hotels Group to honour and appreciate the healthcare workers in Singapore for their dedication and service to the nation as they combat the virus through this pandemic.
This initiative sees the Group contributing 25,000 complimentary room nights as a token of appreciation to the healthcare heroes from these three public healthcare groups, namely SingHealth, National Healthcare Group (NHG) and National University Healthcare System (NUHS).
Complimentary room nights will be available at four of its hotels:
- Pan Pacific Singapore
- PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay
- PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering
- Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road
Apart from these complimentary room nights, preferential room rates and discounts for dining at the hotels’ operated restaurants will also be extended all healthcare workers in Singapore. This is the additional effort by the Group to acknowledge and appreciate all the healthcare workers in Singapore.
These complimentary room nights are given to healthcare employees of the three healthcare groups (SingHealth, NHG and NUHS). The healthcare groups have the flexibility to administer these complimentary room nights for their own employees as they deem fit.
Vouchers for complimentary stays will be sent to the three healthcare groups in September for distribution to their employees.
These complimentary stays will commence from 1 December 2020 through to 31 March 2021. Reservations details will be included in the voucher pack which the healthcare employees will receive in September.
Employees of the three healthcare groups (SingHealth, NHG and NUHS) should contact your respective Human Resource (HR) offices.

B. Preferential Room Rates, Dining and Spa Privileges
All Healthcare workers with a valid staff pass/ID is eligible to enjoy the preferential room rates, dining and spa privileges. You will be required to present your staff pass/ID for verification at check-in and upon making payment at the restaurants or spa.
The booking for the preferential room rates will commence from 19 October 2020 to 30 September 2021 for all three hotels - PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering and Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road.
The stay validity for the preferential room rates will commence from 1 December 2020 to 30 September 2021 at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering and Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road.
No, there are no blackout dates for preferential room rates over the validity period. However, all reservations are also subject to availability at time of booking.
Preferential room rates are based on room only, no breakfast included. The rates are based on maximum two adults and two children (under age of 12 staying in the same room).
If you are staying in the hotel, you can enjoy 30% savings when you dine-in at any hotel operated restaurants and bars until 30 September 2021 and 30% savings on a la carte treatments at St. Gregory spa during your stay period.
If you are not staying at the hotel, you can enjoy 30% savings when you dine-in at any hotel operated F&B outlets, and 30% savings on a la carte treatments at St. Gregory spa. A valid staff pass/ID is required for verification upon payment.
If you are not staying at the hotel, you can enjoy 30% dining/spa savings from now or when restaurant/spa outlets are opened till 30 September 2021. Please contact our restaurant and spa outlets directly for prior reservations.
Advance reservation is required. There are no blackout dates for dining privileges until 30 September 2021. However, all reservations are also subject to availability at time of booking.
Dine-in reservations are halted till further guidance from the local authorities.
The discount is only applicable for the healthcare worker with a valid staff pass. All privileges are not transferable. A valid staff pass/ID is required for verification upon payment.
