Designed to blend the business and leisure needs of discerning guests, the Pacific Club Lounge experience includes personalised services and indulgent culinary offerings. Pacific Club privileges are extended to guests staying in the hotel's suites and Pacific Club rooms.

    Privileges

    Guests may enjoy the following exclusive privileges: 

    • Choice of Champagne breakfast at Pacific Club Lounge (level 38) or buffet breakfast at Edge (level 3). Kindly note that Champagne breakfast is not available at Edge
    • Daily afternoon tea and evening cocktails with canapés, along with all-day coffee, tea and soft beverages
    • Two-hour daily usage of Pacific Club Lounge private dining rooms with prior reservation, subject to availability
    • Pillow menu (buckwheat hull organic, foam, contour, coil polyester)
    • Pressing or laundry of up to two pieces per guest per night for regular service (Items sent before 11am, delivery on same day after 6pm. Items sent after 11am, delivery on next day after 6pm). Non-cumulative and dry cleaning not included
    • Complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and beers from the in-room mini bar
    • Late check out until 2:00pm, subject to availability
    • Personal butler service for guests staying at the Pan Pacific Suite
    • Arrival and departure limousine service for guests staying in Panoramic Suites or the Pan Pacific Suite

    Useful Information

    • Pacific Club Lounge is open from 7am to 10pm daily
    • Guests age 12 years old and under are welcome at Pacific Club Lounge before 5:30pm
    • Additional charges apply for children between the ages of six to 12 years old. Children below the age of six years old can access the Pacific Club Lounge at no additional charge
    • We kindly ask that Pacific Club Lounge guests with children maintain a calm and restful ambience for the enjoyment of all guests
    • Bar services outside of cocktail hour and those not included in club membership are chargeable
    • Should you wish to invite additional guests to the Pacific Club Lounge, please contact our Pacific Club Lounge team for the charges
    • All prices quoted are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing Goods and Services Tax
    DRESS CODE: Please be informed during cocktail hours (6:00PM to 8:00PM), slippers, flip flops, singlets, and tank tops are not allowed in our smart casual dress code.
