PLUME, the destination cocktail bar located within Pan Pacific Singapore, proudly invites wine enthusiasts to embark on a global journey with the launch of The Vine Migration, where you'll be able to traverse through different wine varieties and regions with nine wine flights starting from $49.
The launch of these wine flights offers wine lovers a unique and enjoyable way to appreciate different varieties, styles, or vintages of wine by the glass in a lush, intimate setting. Notable wineries range from old to new world, including some of the greatest producers such as Domaine Leroy, Ornellaia, and Gaja.

An exceptional mixologist with an ever-curious mind, Ong Jun Han has spent over a decade honing the art of bartending through his time at cocktail-focused establishments.
Jun Han emerged as the Champion in the Campari Bartender Competition, and proceeded to represent Singapore in Milan in 2020.
His other achievements include coming in second place at the 2019 Remy Martin Barrel-Aged Competition, Top 8 at the 2019 Black Cow Vodka Competition and Top 8 at the Bartender Society Saint James SEA Competition.
