Peach Blossoms exudes a fresh and contemporary energy. Through the use of seasonal produce, modern culinary techniques and artful presentation, award-winning Executive Chinese Chef Edward Chong breathes new life into our traditional Chinese restaurant in Singapore, creating signature dishes that tell stories and evoke senses.
The experiential journey is enhanced by its rejuvenated space that features light woods, nature-inspired palette and a touch of oriental. With views of the Marina Bay and natural light streaming in through the windows, Peach Blossoms offers a warm and inviting ambience for a culinary discovery into a whole new world of Chinese dining.
Guests are encouraged to be dressed in smart casual attire with appropriate footwear. Shorts and flip-flops are not permitted.

Executive Chinese Chef Edward Chong, Peach Blossoms
Chef Edward Chong, a seasoned culinary professional with more than 18 years of experience, helms the kitchen at the award-winning Chinese restaurant, Peach Blossoms.
Known for his elegant and artistic food plating, Chef Edward believes in giving new life to traditional dishes through innovative ingredients, culinary techniques and presentation. He draws fresh ideas from his daily surroundings and enlivens dining experience with his thoughtfully-curated menus. Inspired by his mother’s cooking, Chef seeks to serve up wholesome dishes like how a mother would for her son.
Chef Edward’s hard work and creativity culminated in his wins at the World Gourmet Awards 2019 and 2022 (Asian Cuisine Chef of the Year award), as well as the Asian Masters 2019 (Rising Chef of the Year award).
His signature dishes include Deep-fried Cigar Rolls filled with Black Truffle, Foie Gras and Prawn, Marble Goby Fillet with Crispy Scales and Homemade Organic Pineapple Sauce, Stewed Mung Bean Noodles with Drunken Crab in 10-year in ‘Gu Yu Long Shan’ Rice Wine, as well as the delectable Four Combination Platter that comprises seafood fritters, chawanmushi, sliced peking duck and puff pastry.
