The Role

We are looking for a Store Coordinator (Engineering). You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating store operations related to engineering, ensuring high standards of organization, inventory management, and support for engineering teams. If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for maintaining excellence, we want you to be part of our growing team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Countercheck and verify all engineering merchandise and spare parts received from suppliers, ensuring they are properly stored in a neat and organized manner.

  • Perform order requisitions through the hotel’s system.

  • Update the inventory checklist and issue goods on a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) basis.

  • Conduct daily inspections and maintain the cleanliness of the stores and workshop.

  • Assist with the monthly stock check.

 

 

Talent Profile

  • Minimum a tradesman certificate, ITE or Diploma in engineering related courses.

  • At least 2 years of working in a similar role.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems would be an advantage.
