The Role
- Deliver a variety of spa treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of therapy rooms, equipment, as well as inventory of products
- Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
- Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
- Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
- Provide assistance in running of spa workshops
- Assist in all reception duties as and when required
Talent Profile
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as Therapist
- Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist, specializing in Tui Na
- Hands on experience in massage techniques and face therapies
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Basic level computer skills
- Possess recognized certification
