The Role
Welcome and greet guests with a warm smile and cheerful attitude to create a positive first impression.
Manage spa appointments by assisting guests in booking their preferred treatments efficiently and accurately.
Provide professional guest service by answering queries and offering helpful recommendations.
Ensure guest comfort by anticipating their needs and going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the spa and gym area to ensure a relaxing environment for all guests.
Talent Profile
- Min ‘O’ or ‘N’ levels Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position in the spa or service industry will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand guests’ needs
- Positive attitude and a good team player
- Able to work shift duties, including weekends and public holidays
