The Role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator specializing in Corporate and MICE, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team to drive revenue and establish lasting relationships with corporate clients. Your responsibilities will include coordinating events, managing contracts, and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and clients. If you are an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales and events, we want you to be part of our growing team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to coordinate and execute Corporate and MICE events.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and tours for potential clients to showcase our facilities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including managing schedules and appointments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the hotel's corporate and MICE offerings.

Talent Profile

  • Proven experience in hotel sales, particularly in Corporate and MICE segments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of the local corporate and MICE market is a plus.
