This Parents' Day, celebrate the cherished bond of family by treating your parents to delectable Cantonese set menus masterfully created by Hai Tien Lo’s Executive Chef Ricky Leung, available for Mother's Day (3 to 12 May) and Father's Day (7 to 16 June).
Pay homage with the Heart-Warming Kinship Platter (S$178 per diner), a decadent 6-course set menu perfect for a family celebration with loved ones. Highlights include as Double-boiled Lobster, Sautéed Dragon Grouper Roll, Mini Golden Longevity Buns and Fuzhou Stewed Rice with Braised South Africa Whole Abalone.
For those who prefer family-style sharing portions, the sumptuous Harmony Parents Feast (S$188 per diner; minimum of four diners) is an 8-course menu serving up hearty dishes like Traditional Steamed Soon Hock, Steamed Chicken with Scallions Oil, Braised Lobster and Wok-fried Japanese Hand-pulled Noodles.
